RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Can I cancel or return my order?

All orders are final. Refunds are not possible.

2. I wrote the wrong address; can I change it?

If you contact me immediately upon purchase and the order has not yet been packed, the shipping address can be changed. Once your order has been placed and the shipping label has been created, it cannot be changed. Please remember to confirm your details before checkout.

3. May I request a refund if my mail was lost or damaged?

All orders will be packed with the utmost care upon shipping. Once they are shipped, handling and delivery is not within my control. All sales are final, so there will be no refunds for any lost mail or postal damages.

4. What if the wrong order came?

If you received the wrong item, please fill in the contact form and we can find a solution for it together.

 

CUSTOMS, FEES & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs duty, import taxes, and additional charges that may apply. They are not included in the pricing. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check these fees before purchasing.

 

SHIPPING & PACKAGING

1. Do you ship to my country?

Worldwide shipping is available via Canada Post (Lettermail), with the exception of countries where delivery is currently not possible.

2. Should I expect any shipping delays?

Due to the pandemic, please expect shipping delays.

3. How will you ship my order?

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Until further notice, all orders will be sent by Lettermail which are sent by stamps and are non-trackable to keep shipping costs low. Estimated delivery would be 1 to 8 weeks depending on the location and possible delays.

For larger orders, please contact me for trackable options.

4. When will you ship my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship out. Orders are shipped on regular business days (from Monday to Friday). Thank you for your understanding and patience!

5. How will you pack my order?

Orders are packaged carefully in a glassine bag and either a stayflat or regular envelope made from recycled paper for an environmentally friendly trip. Please reuse or recycle the packaging.
